    Trees to 3 m., often widely branched above. Leaves deep green, subnitid above, bright green below. Corolla notably carnose, externally lavender-pink, internally white. Immature fruit on various plants varying from subglobose to somewhat spindle-shaped. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile.
