Location
Bolivia. La Paz. Inquisivi Prov. Along the trail, and on slopes W of trail, between Pongo Chico and Laguna Naranjani. Upper part of the trail as far as the lake collected.

Habitat
Humid ceja de montaña forest and extensive grassland. In open areas near treeline. With abundant Polylepis, tree sized Baccharis at cliff bases, dense to scattered small trees including Weinmannia and Saracha punctata.

Description
4-5 m tree. Flowers white, abundant. Leaves rather hang downward when fresh. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile.
