Habitat
Mixed-evergreen forest with indefinite fluvial forest. Infrequent.

Description
Tree, 30 m x 60 cm. Lvs. medium green above, light yellowish-green matte beneath, more or less stiff, slightly brittle; flower said to be blue. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
