Guyana. Potaro-Siparuni. Pakaraima Mts, Cipo Mtn, ca. 2 km from summit escarpment, headwaters Cipo Creek.

Habitat
Mixed montane forest on steep slopes; tree fall gap. Canopy at 25-35 m, trees, ferns, lianas. Tree dominants: Lecythidaceae, Aspidosperma, Annonaceae, Tabebuia. Sandstone talus, derived soils, many treefalls.

Description
Shrub 1.5 m; twigs and peduncles with coarse brown vestiture; calyx green; corolla white; androecium yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
