    Pileus 2.8-4.5 cm wide, striate margin, umbonate, 13 A2 (Piping Rock), umbo 13 E9 nr. Sayal Br.; gills dark spotted, odnexed; stipe 4.5-7.5 cm long x 0.2-0.6 cm wide, white, hollow. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
