    Near clump of woods on hilltop. Cleared land used as pasture but largely overgrown. With Pteridium and clumps of Baccharis and other bushes.

  • Description

    Small flat-topped tree, branches only at extreme top of trunk which is leafy from half-way up; stem-leaves large pinnately lobed; fruit immature, pendent, said to be yellow when ripe. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile.
