    Weedy, sandy areas, with heavy grazing and disturbance by farm animals. Former chaco forest at its northern edge.

  • Description

    Patch of perennial herbs, 6 x 6 m, perhaps all one clone as there are none in the immediate vicinity. Flowers open, odorless (1:40 P.M., overcast), mostly held in position with anthers horizontal; anthers yellow; corolla white. Very few fruits seen. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
