Restinga, with small trees and bushes and open damp sandy ground.

Description
Small tree to ca. 4 m. Leaves coriaceous, deep green above, much paler beneath, brighter green when young. Calyx and glands creamy-yellow. Petals pale pink. Fruit green. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
