Habitat
Terra firme forest on undulating terrain. No signs of Guadua bamboo (and not so in recent memory). Occasional.

Description
root-climbing epiphyte. Root-climbing epiphyte 15 cm in tree, inflorescences suberect. In low-lying, occasionally flooded forest. Use: Root fibers used to make brooms, baskets.
