Mixed restinga with high forest, bushy areas, damp open ground and marsh. This plant growing in wet places in open restinga.

Description
Herb to 30 cm, forming dense swards, with erect stems branchsed at base. Leaves grass green. Capitula with pale brown bracts and greenish-brown fruit. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
