    United States of America. Idaho. Butte Co. Southwest portion of the INEL, near the northwest end of recent lava flow, 0.7 mile southwest of Highway 26 on T-16, small lava ridge along northwest side of road.

    Slope 25%, aspect west. Community dominated by Artemisia tridentata wyomingensis, Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, Sitanion hystrix. Also present: Astragalus calycosus, Arenaria franklinii, Chaenactis douglasii, and Longloisia setosissima. Scattered throughout area. Soil shallow silt among basalt rocks.

west, soil shallow silt among basalt rocks.
Community dominated by Artemisia tridentata wyo-
