Used the Google Maps - What's Here Tool to find the coordinates of the offset along this road. Used the Google Maps - Measure Distance Tool to find the linear extent of the starting location, in this case the city of Belém, by measuring from the approximate geographic center of the city to the farthest extent of the city.
