Georgia. Mtskheta-Mtianeti. North of Mtskheta River, east of shrine of Shio Mqhvimeli, ca. 5 km (by air) west of junction of Aragvi and Mtkvari (Kura) rivers.

Habitat

"shibelak" with Celtis, Carpinus, Lonicera, Cotinus, Rhus, Cornus, Cerasus and Ephedra. growing under Juniperus and Carpinus.

Description

Moss becoming dry, growing under Juniperus and Carpinus.
