Description
90' tree 14" diam. relic in clearing of mixed forest. Leaves supple. Fruit fully grown but still green, becomes brown and woody. Calyx lobes accrescent, patent. Flower material from same tree (5/6/42). Flowers white to pale cream in short terminal spikes, either single or clustered; ovary green, ribbed; calyx green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
