United States of America. Idaho. Washington Co. On edge of east canyon wall of the Weiser River, 2 air miles south of Cambridge.

Habitat
20% slope, 200° aspect. Associated with Artemisia tridentata ssp. vaseyana form xeracansis and Agropyron spicatum. Found in small clumps, which have a very low frequency. Clay loam.
