Grazed area in foothills in a very dry tropical forest zone, with only a few large trees remaining. Rainfall 500-1000mm/year, mainly June to November.

Description
Fern- From rhizome- cluster of sprouts. Spores on margin of pinnules in small protruding clones. Black stem & rachis. Some sterile. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
