Pileus 64 mm diam., br. convex, mod. indented, Tawny olive @center, pl. pink buff, Drab grey margin, smooth, dry; Lamellae 6-8mm br., adnate, Cream, forked@ margin & stipe, back-fork., anastom., 1/mm; Stipe 24 x 8-21 mm, central, tape.@base, solid, white, stains Tawny olive @base, smooth; Basidia 50-53.6 x 9.6-10.8µm; Sp. 7.2-10.4 x 6-7.6µm, low part. reticulation, few warts; Cheilocystidia position macro.; Pseudocystidia 73.5-88 x 2.5 x 6.4-8.8, thin wall, strangulated, orignin below b. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
