Description
Notes and drawings inside box. Pileus 83 mm diam., br. convex, incised, sl. depressed to mod. indented, pale horn, pale cream @ center, turning pale pink towards margin, tuberculate striate, rugulose, minutely reticulated, smooth @ center, viscid, hygrophanous (lt. brown); Lamellae 10 mm br., adnexed, pale cream color w/ pale margin, forked, back-forked, regular, anastomosed, intervenose, 1/ mm; Stipe 45 x 22 mm, central, tapered at base, solid, pale cream color, minutely reticulated, moist, w/institous base. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
