Habitat
Evergreen forest. On nearly flat to rolling limestone terrain.

Description
Tree 14 m. tall, 15 cm. in diameter. Fruit abundant, bright red-orange, juicy, deliciously sweet and slightly tart, somewhat like fully ripe Prunus virginiana of the Rosaceae.
