  • Description

    Large terrestrial bromeliad forming large tank 2 m across, in forest. Leaves 2 m long, cartilaginous-coriaceous, pale green. Inflorescence 2-2.5 m, pale green with bracts orange-red with yellow to greenish edges; calyx pale yellow; corolla old. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
