Cultivated, origninal collection data: South of Ennis and Cameron on the Gravelly Range Road. Scatterd under lodgepole, Douglas fir clumps with open range lower. Madison Co. Montana. S12, T8S, R2W, Elevation 7000'. Collected 7-20-69 and transplanted to Botany garden in Missoula.
