Description
Slender few-branched tree 4 m. high; inflorescences axillary among leaves congested toward apices of branches, composed of a rachis 5 - 10 cm. long and 8 - 12 lateral branches; calyx purplish distally; petals rich purple without, pale green within; styles yellowish. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
