Habitat
With Artemisia tridentata, Eriogonum sp., a white Allium, etc. Local, but several plants here. In light alkaline soil.

Description
Flowers ultramarine (coerulean blue) with purplish tube; herbage very blue-glaucous. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
