Habitat
Mezquital. Thorn scrub with more mesic vegetation along immediate shores of lake, with Salix humboldtiana.

Description
Shrub 1.5 m tall; foliage unpleasantly aromatic. Flowers dark yellow, with sweet odor. Fruit green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
