United States of America. California. Fresno Co. New Trimmer Road, wes side Pine Flat Lake basin, just around corner into canyon rising northwest from old Trimmer Springs (1 mile west of new Maxon's resort).

Habitat
High rock cut inside and 25' broken rock hummock on outside of curve. Foothill Woodld., but this Penstemon massed (uncharacteristically) on the outside of the rocky hummock.
