Common.
Use: For snakebite. Polo Romero (healer) uses 20 cm of
roots + leaves; boil in big tub & take normal size bowl to
make steam bath; cover patient with cloths with cold wet rag
on head to make steam tent, in a closed room without drafts.
May need to repeat 2-3x, q 3-4 h. Decreases swelling and
pain. Second Hi® medication; use in addition to first line
medication
