    Slender tree like shrub, 10 ft. high; inflorescence terminal or lateral, upon deep red flexible stalks, calyx and pedicels similarly colored, corolla whitish, stigma greenish; flowers divaricately spreading and odorless; fruits subglobose, light purple, less that ½ in across. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
