Canada. British Columbia. Prince Rupert Area: 0.5 miles (0.8 km) North of bridge to Kaien Island, at edge of town of Prince Rupert.

Habitat
In acidic bog with scattered trees of Chamaecyparis nootkatensis and Pinus contorta. Abundant Sphagnum papillosum and S[phagnum]. tenellum present, with shrubby understory under tree groups.
