Habitat
In most boglike part of swampy complex of open swales, within large complex of marshes & riverbottom forest. With Typha latifolia, Scirpus spp., Alisma subcordata, and groves of Fraxinus nigra, Alnus rugosa, Larix laricina, with Habenaria psychodes. On Larix laricina roots.
