Boggy valley with Heliamphora, Sphagnum and
gallery forest of Euterpe, Podocarpus, slopes
with shrubby vegetation of Bonnetia,
Weinmannia.
Growing almost exclusively from large tanks
of the terrestrial bromeliad Brocchinia
tatei. Flowers blue.
