    Alluvial soil in bottom of broad valley, grazed and disturbed, former chaco scrub forest, with a trickle of flowing water in stream. Geoffroea, Achatocarpus praecox, Bromelia serra, Capparis tweediana, Celtis ehrenbergiana, Bougainvillea campanulata. Common.

    Shrub 2.2 m. tall, common in area but few are in this good condition at this time of the year. Corolla white; anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
