Bolivia. Santa Cruz. Ichilo Prov. Parque Nacional Amboró, along Río Saguayo, 0-0.5 km. downstream from mouth of Quebrada Yapojé.

Habitat
Flat terrace but probably above normal flood levels. Tropical evergreen forest with Iriartea, Socratea, Scheelea princeps, Astrocaryum, Bactris gasipaes, B. major.

Description
Weak shrublets, 1.5 m.tall. Flowers odorless, nodding; pedicel white, the pedicel and corolla often purple-tinged; calyx yellow-green; corolla greenish white, the lobes spreading; anthers yellow, pale at the tip. This species has all the aspect of Solanum subgen. Leptostemonum sect. Micracantha, and none whatsoever of Cyphomandra, or Solanum subgen. Potatoe or section Cyphomandropsis in any essential characters. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
