    Mixed desert scrub with Tetradymia, Psorothamnus, Acamptopappus, Hymenoclea, Ceratoides and Atriplex. Sporadically abundant. Coarse dissected pelitic alluvium sloping 15°SW.

    Coarse bushy annuals to 3 dm high, succulent with terete leaves. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

    The collector is not specified, however, the label title: "Ex Herbarium James D. Morefield", suggests that he is the collector.
