Habitat
Brushy strips between fields (abandoned ca. 1983), originally subtropical semideciduous forest. Tecoma stans, Solanum riparium, Guazuma ulmifolia, early second-growth species. Flat, fine sandy soil.

Description
Woody vine, forming tangled masses in tops of trees. Common and in full bloom now; flrs. odorless; corolla rose with white and darker rose lines in throat; filaments white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
