Dry, rocky limestone slope with sagebrush just above canyon bottom ca. 40 yds.

Description
Plants rhizomatous with well-developed basal leaves; stems to 6 dm.; corolla tube white at base, blending to purple where flared, then to bright blue, limb and throat blue; anthers light yellow, somewhat setose. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
