    In understory of disturbed forest remnant. With Peltophorum dubium, Opuntia brasiliensis, Rhipsalis, Tillandsia usneoides and many Rutaceae.

    Subshrub to 1 m tall. Stems green. Calyx green, corolla white, with purple spots on lower lip, anthers purple, 4. One of each pair of leaves much reduced. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
