Description
Large forest tree, 60 ft. high, 3.5 ft. thick; inflorescence 1 to 3 inches long, from the uppermost leaf axils, ascending; stalks reddish, calyx greenish; the 3 petals more whitish on the inner side and yellowish on the outer; stamens 6, yellowish green; anthers introrsely dehiscing; ovary glands light yellow; fruit ascending, upon 0.5 inche long and 1/3 inch thick stalk, globose except for the tip which is slightly pointed, lucid purplish brown, 3/4 inch thick. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
