River bank, lowland forest. Also a few trees in grass pasture.

Description
Tree 15 m. high, 25 cm. DBH. Bark gray, slightly fissured, lichen patch. Frt. a capsule. Lvs. brown beneath. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
