Bolivia. Santa Cruz. Florida Prov. Cerro Cantera, 3.5 km (by air) E of Bermejo, along oil pipeline and old road from Santa Cruz to Bermejo and Samaipata.

Habitat
On eroded slope. Shrubby forest on ridgetop, subtropical deciduous forest with a few cloud forest elements.

Description
Shrub 3 m. tall. Leaves white beneath, all in this small colony with consistently narrow leaves, but S. albidum common here and other plants with normal range of leaf size and lobing. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
