Costa Rica. Cartago. Tapantí National Wildlife Refuge, trail about 1 km along road that begins sharply to the right immediately after crossing the bridge over Río Dos Amigos.

Premontane wet forest. Common.

Description

Terrestrial or epiphytic, branches pendent, to 3 m. Calyx rose-red. Corolla white, angled. Common. [Pickled; DNA].
