Nearly always under shrubs. Artemisia arbuscula subsp. nova - Coleogyne community type; adjacent to A. shockleyi population. Common.

Herb. Petals lavender; pedicels from glabrous to densely pubescent; siliques densely pubescent. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower, Fruit.
