    Growing in sand, heavy gravel and rocks, sloping eastward toward Walker Lake. Growing with Malacothrix glabrata, Ephedra nevadensis, Mentzelia sp., Oryzopsis hymenoides, Bromus tectorum.

    Perennial, 30 to 50 cm. high, woody stems, showy, fragrant, white blossoms. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
