Pileus up to 6.5 cm broad, moist, pitted to corrugate, dull clay brown. Flesh white becoming pinkish when exposed. Tubes very
pale yellow, ?brusing blue? Stipe up to 15 cm long, up to 1 cm thick at apex, with pale tan scabers, striate ridged stipe.
