Habitat
Tribulus cistoides abounds, parasitizing the roots; plants sunk in mounds od sand either in small depressions or on sides of small mounds. Abundant locally.

Description
Plants up to 10-20 cm long, growing in clumps 5-12 cm broad, these more or less circular with irregular outlines: stem and scales below ground le[a]ves with sandy straw color; corolla pale blue, the lobes spreading. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
