Note: "an apparent hybrid of Salix drummondiana Barratt ex Hook x S. scouleriana Barratt ex Hook with pubescence of leaves approaching that of S. drummondiana and leaf width and shape approaching that of S. scouleriana. Compared to 25307, the leaves of 25308 were more pubescent and the twigs were more glaucous. Greater influence from S. drummondiana is indicated for the shrub from which 25308 was taken. SG. 1995"
