    Shrub to 2m. Leaves folded, fleshy, dark green above with paler veins and pink-tinged midrib, glaucous beneath. Flower yellow-green, tinged red. Young fruit yellow-green with bright red ribs. Phenology of specimen: Fruit, Flower.
