Habitat
Rounded, hard clay knoll riddled with rill marks, plants growing mostly in the rills. Very scattered pinyon and juniper, with Stanleya pinnata, Hedysarium boreale. Confined to a small area of a clay member of a predominatly sandy formation of tuffaceous sedimentary materials.
