Canada. Northwest Territories. Along Kakisa Lake road about 1.5 miles below Lady Evelyn Falls.

Habitat
In burned over area. Dominated by shrubs (Betula glandulosa, Potentilla, and willows). several large Jack pine, and large and small laerches and black spruce. ground cover mostly saedges and grasses, but also some feather mosses and lichens. Infrequent.
