Habitat
Mora forest on loam near black water creek, with Mora excelsa, Caryocar nuciferum, Macrolobium bifolium, Carapa procera, Duguetia pycnastera. Also in adjacent old gap, with Cecropia sp., Pentaclethra macroloba, Maranta sp.

Description
Small, often gnarled tree, to ca. 6 m tall, dbh to ca. 5 cm. Bark pustulate. Wood yellow-white, with offensive smell. Leaflets dark green above, shiny light green below. Young twigs rusty-brown. Calyx light brown. Corolla creamy-white. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
