    Rocky riverside with rapids, riverine vegetation, cerrado with sandstone outdrops and some grassland areas subject to flooding but dry at time of collection.

  • Description

    Herb to 2 m. Herb to 2 m. with erect wand-like stems. Stems pale green. Leaflets rather bluish green. Pedicels and calyx tinged dark red. Standard pinkish-yellow with white blaze near base of limb and radiating dark red lines on both surfaces. Wing petals yellowish, tinged pink with dark red lines. Keel pale grenish-yellow. Pods green with dark reddish-tinge. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
